Two Woods Tournament
Long Ashton Bowling Club
On Saturday 15th June, the club staged its annual mixed 2 Woods competition.
Blessed with fine weather for a change, many members joined in the tournament ensuring some exciting matches all round.
Both finals for the Cup and Plate competitions were extremely close and hard fought affairs. Andi Moore triumphing over Jeannie Osbourne in the Cup, whilst Sheila Hall snatched glory in the Plate competition, edging out Chris Holloway.
Congratulations to the winners, and all those who took part, and special thanks to Ian Moore for organising a great day.
